Independent legal due diligence is coordinated through qualified local advocates — a service we coordinate, not provide ourselves.
Does SSV Realty do the legal verification itself? +
No. We coordinate independent legal review through qualified local advocates. Keeping the legal check independent protects you — the firm checking the title is not the same firm selling you the property.
What happens after I share my requirement? +
